Paul Hauge

Paul Stephen Hauge passed away unexpectedly on August 28, 2024 at 3:53 pm with Family at the bedside. Paul was born in Brookings, South Dakota to Olga and Clarence Hauge on May 1, 1945. Paul was a long time member of Faith Lutheran Church and enjoyed singing in the choir. Paul was married to Barbara Jane Hauge. Paul earned his PHD in physics at lowa State. He worked for Exxon, Phillips and Conoco in research and developing seismic programs for drilling. Paul loved reading. A hobby shared with his wife. Paul became ill in the fall of 2023 and had multiple hospitalizations. He recently was admitted to Aspen Hospice, but his death was unexpected. He is survived by his wife, Barbara and stepson, Richard. Richard's wife Zenida and 3 grandchildren, Itzel Murillo Perez, Edgar Murillo, and Michelle Murillo. Paul had 4 children from his first marriage. Thank you especially Zenida and Richard for all the assistance you gave him especially in the last few months of his illness. A private service will be held by his Family to honor Paul. We will miss you Paul.
