Jimmy James Thierry Jr.

Jimmy James Thierry, Jr. was born on June 15,1944 and passed away June 23, 2024. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy James Thierry, Sr.; mother, Mary Lou Catrett; sister, Annie Mae Ladehoff; son, Jason Robert Thierry and granddaughter, Kathryn Nicole Thierry. 

Jimmy is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Gayle Lynn Thierry; brother, Paul Eugene Thierry; grandsons, Ryan Jason Thierry and Nolan James Thierry; granddaughter, Krysta Lynn Thierry and also nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jimmy served in the Navy and was on the U.S.S. Forrestal on the flight deck. He was a commercial locksmith and took care of any lock work that tenants needed in the high rise buildings of Four Oaks Place in the Galleria. He was also a baseball coach at Aldine Little League. Jimmy loved watching sports and westerns, playing dominoes and card games.

His care has been entrusted to Claire Brothers Funeral Home, 7901 Hillcroft Street, Houston, Texas 77081.
